Our deep historical involvement with customers for enclosure and cabinet hardware allows us to understand changing market requirements and to feed these changes back into standard ex-stock products – it also enables us to develop high quality application specific, ie custom products, to suit new production or installation needs. In fact many of our standard products started out as “specials” but because of our generic modular approach, they have fitted into our existing ranges.
The centrepiece of product development at EMKA is our own design department where engineers and designers develop locking components and systems using the latest design software to meet the highest industry requirements. Afterwards, they are tested in our own development test laboratory. Tooling and production are all available in-house to ensure complete follow-through of accuracy and quality.
