EMKA has recently celebrated its ruby anniversary with one of our corporate OEM customers, for their housings and cabinets. The apra Group has been specialising in cabinet and housing technology for over 50 years and working with EMKA for the last 40 of those years. With its five subsidiaries, it supplies over 25 different industries worldwide and serves global trends such as laser, security and charging technology as well as cabinet systems for critical infrastructure such as energy-efficient data centre solutions.
We have been able to ensure a high degree of successful co-operation by working through regular optimisation cycles and adaptations with highly flexible direct line communication between ourselves and apra so that together we have been setting new standards in the design of housing systems, and in particular with regard to locking systems, hinges and seals. An excellent example is our 1185 swinghandle with sliding cap and rod control for flat rods. The handle is specially molded in RAL 7037 and stamped with the apra logo.
